Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for Return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.

Refund Process:

Contact our customer service team at castaway.ny@veinternational.org to initiate the return process. Please provide your transaction number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.

Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

Refund Details:

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exclusions:

This return policy applies only to products purchased directly from our website.

Products damaged due to misuse, alterations, or mishandling are not eligible for return.

No Replacement or Exchange:

We do not offer replacements, exchanges, or store credits. The return will result in a full refund.

Warranty Policy: 1-Year Factory Guarantee

Thank you for choosing our products! We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our items. To assure you of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we provide a standard 1-year warranty on all our products.

Warranty Duration:

The warranty period begins from the date of purchase and extends for 1 year.

Covered Items:

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Any product determined by us to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion.

Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.

Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, is not covered by the warranty.

Warranty Claim Process:

Contact our customer service team at castaway.ny@veinternational.org with your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

Our customer service team will guide you through the warranty claim process, which may include providing additional information or images of the product.

Resolution:

Upon verification of the warranty claim, we will either repair the product or replace it with a new or refurbished item, at our discretion.

No Extended Warranty:

We do not offer extended warranties beyond the standard 1-year factory guarantee.
